US SHIPPING

- Free Shipping is applied on all orders. No order minimum necessary.
- Please allow 3-5 days for handling. Once your orders have been processed, please allow another 7-10 business days for the order to be delivered.
- Since some of our products ship from our overseas fulfillment center, please allow 18-21 business days for the delivery of those items. Product descriptions will always state - if an item is being shipped from overseas. If multiple items from our overseas fulfillment center are ordered, they may all ship separately to allow your items to arrive sooner.
- Please note, that during Holiday periods, shipping times may increase significantly, due to system volume.
- We can arrange for expedited shipping for a charge of $46 for select items. Please contact us to determine whether your item is eligible for expedited shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- Free Shipping is applied on all international orders.
- Express shipping is not available for international shipments.
- International shipments usually arrive within 12-18 business days from the ordered date, excluding holidays.
- Please allow 3-5 days for handling. Once your orders have been processed, please allow another 7-10 business days for the order to be delivered.
- Please note that the order total will be displayed in U.S. dollars during the checkout process. The amount charged in U.S. currency will reflect the same day exchange rates at checkout to maintain utmost currency conversion accuracy.
- Please note, that during Holiday periods, shipping times may increase significantly, due to system volume.
- If ordering multiple items, you may receive more than one package and/or receive one package before another. This is due to our various supply chains and helps your items arrive sooner.

TRACKING

- All items are shipped with tracking available.
- Please allow 5-7 days for your tracking to show in the courier's tracking system.
